These festive whisky bubbles are a delicious and celebratory treat that combines the sweetness of vanilla wafers with the warmth of whisky and the crunch of nuts. The cocoa powder adds an intense chocolate flavor, making them the perfect indulgence for the holiday season.

Ingredient Amount
40–50 g vanilla wafers (crushed)
3 tsp cocoa powder
1 cup chopped nuts
4 tsp light corn syrup
3 tbsp whisky
Icing sugar, as needed
Directions:
Prepare ingredients: Crush the vanilla wafers and chop the nuts.

Mix dry ingredients: Combine the crushed vanilla wafers, cocoa powder, and chopped nuts in a large mixing bowl.

Add wet ingredients: Pour the light corn syrup and whisky over the dry ingredients and stir until a sticky dough forms.

Shape bubbles: Roll small amounts of the mixture into bite-sized balls.

Roll in powdered sugar: Roll each whisky bubble in powdered sugar until well coated.

Chill and serve: Place the whisky bubbles in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
