Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bread - No Added Sugar Option

 



Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bread 

Moist, rich, and easy to make


Ingredients:

- Dry: 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour, ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking soda, ½ tsp salt 

- Wet: 3 ripe bananas, mashed, ½ cup melted coconut oil or butter, ½ cup brown sugar or maple syrup no added sugar, 2 large eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract

- The Star: ½ cup creamy peanut butter, melted 

- For Topping: ½ cup dark chocolate chips, 2 tbsp peanut butter for drizzling


Instructions: 

1.  Mix dry ingredients. 

2.  Mix wet + bananas. Combine. 

3.  Fold in chocolate chips. Bake 50-55 min at 350°F / 175°C. 

4.  Drizzle melted peanut butter on top after cooling.
